The Returns Policy

Brite Light LEDs wish all customers satisfaction with our products and service, however in the event that an issue that has risen we are happy to help and come to a quick resolution regarding your issue.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted and comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, in the circumstances that a customer is unhappy with a product and for what reason believes that the item is not of good quality of fit for its purpose.

Unwanted goods must be returned at the cost of the customer within 14 working days of receiving of goods, this period of time allows for the customer confirmation and acceptance of goods.
